CHAVIT SINGSON SMILED WHEN YEN SANTOS GOT NAME DROPPED: A HINT OF A PAST?

A video interview featuring Filipino businessman and politician Chavit Singson has set the rumor mill ablaze, with speculations swirling about a potential romantic connection between him and actress Yen Santos. 

The interview, which has since gone viral on TikTok, caught the attention of netizens and entertainment enthusiasts alike.

During the interview on May 27, a reporter asked Singson about his relationship status with various showbiz women. After mentioning a few names, the interviewer boldly inquired about the long-standing rumors linking him to Yen Santos.

“Aware naman po kayo na nalilink kayo dati kay Yen Santos?” the reporter asked, to which Singson responded with a smile and laughter.

The reporter then followed up, “Alin po siya doon, ang totoo o hindi?” .

Singson cryptically redirected the question, suggesting to inquire with Paolo Contis, a Filipino actor and Yen Santos’ current boyfriend.

“Itanong niyo na lang kay Paolo…” Singson playfully replied.

The alleged romantic relationship between the businessman and the actress had sparked rumors years ago, but nothing got officially confirmed about the date. Nevertheless, the recent interview has reignited public curiosity and speculation surrounding their connection.

Paolo Contis, a versatile Filipino actor known for his comedic roles, has had his fair share of media attention. Following his highly publicized breakup with fellow actress LJ Reyes, rumors started circulating, implicating Yen Santos as the alleged third party after sightings of her and Contis together in Baguio. 

However, Contis has consistently maintained that he and Santos were merely just friends during that time.

It wasn’t until January 30, during a fast talk segment on Boy Abunda’s show, that Contis finally confirmed their relationship. When Abunda directly asked Contis if Yen Santos is his girlfriend, Contis responded with a resounding “Yes,” leaving no room for doubt.

Giving some good news to their fans, Paolo Contis recently revealed during an interview at Cornerstone Studio in Quezon City that he and Yen Santos may potentially collaborate on an upcoming project.
